- This position is responsible for motivating, managing and developing a delivery fleet in order to improve responses and resolutions to customer orders, inquiries, or problems.

- Ensuring maximum consumer satisfaction and service while minimizing the error rate.

- Ownership of end-to-end business operations.

- Responsible for vendor development, fleet utilization, engagement, order processing and payment reconciliation.

- Conceptualizing and executing on-ground marketing(BTL) activities with focus on driving order volume.

- Managing vendor queries and issues on regular basis and ensuring resolution of escalation in quick and efficient manner.

- Managing delivery executives and ensure pipeline for the executives

- Ensure team is highly motivated & in the best spirit of performance.
