The EA & Manager at 10i would be responsible to operationally support the Chief of Strategy:  Responsibilities  Work with Chief of Strategy to:  Drive strategic initiatives  Fundraising and investor management  Create new processes and improve existing ones (where need be)  Proactively identify potential opportunities and threats to the business model  - Work life  Day to day work would look like (but not limited to):  Interaction, note taking, and mentoring from Senior Management   Daily check ins and updates on multiple working teams  Information collection, collation, creation and collaboration for external parties (brands, investors, etc) Requires deep analysis and understanding of data  Individual research projects including market research, surveys & lead generation  Added responsibility may include ghost writing for Blog or other publicly available publishable material on behalf of senior management  - Requires  Below skills for smooth execution in the role:  Project management orientation   Influencing internal and external stakeholders  Multi-tasking, working under stringent deadlines  Data driven decision making  Solution orientation  Business Acumen (especially P&L understanding)  Staying up to date in the fields of retail and eCommerce  Excellent communication skills (Presentation and power point skills, along with clear and precise written and oral communication)
