Role Overview: As a Growth Manager, you will lead the success, profitability, and strategic growth of a portfolio of 50+ D2C brands, ensuring they reach optimal revenue targets and category potential. You will manage a team of 4-5 individuals, instilling discipline and quality across processes while making strategic decisions to address complex problems and drive brand success. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the revenue growth and strategic success of 50+ D2C brands, acting as a primary business leader for the category. - Lead and manage a team of 4-5 members, ensuring process rigor, quality, and disciplined execution. - Strategic Problem-Solving - Foster strong client relationships, putting client needs first and providing exceptional service to drive brand loyalty and satisfaction. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Scaling D2C Brands Key Competencies & Skill Sets: - Analytical Problem-Solving - Leadership & Team Management - Client-Centric Approach - High Ownership & Accountability - Effective Communication Location: Work from Office, Bangalore Ideal Candidate Profile: - 1-5 years in a category management role, with at least 6 months of team handling experience. - Graduate from a Tier-1 (IIT, BITS, NITs) or Tier-2 MBA college, or a premium institution with excellent academics. - Strong analytical, presentation, and communication abilities, with a motivation to drive disciplined actions and achieve results. - Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and delegate tasks, with a proactive approach to driving team success. - Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills to deliver high-quality client experiences and account management.
