Take ownership of the HR processes 4. Partner with the business on continuously getting feedback on strengthening the current process and deliver on getting better productivity 5. Liaison with the Talent Management team and other CoE members to ensure smooth flow of data 7. Manage the ongoing reports required to run the system 8. Manage the HRMS system for the concerned module 9. Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, and employee experience 10. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, and keep the policies and procedures updated and relevant (SOP) 11. Ensuring robust processes are followed 12. Be the window to the outside world through networking and benchmarking 13. Responsible for engagement and communication Desired Profile: - Must have experience in working in the HR CoE or have worked as a Business HR across all aspects of the employee life cycle. - High level of business orientation and understanding. Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative - Need to have the flexibility to take up projects and work with the team - Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; high-quality document and report preparation

To support MD through the following tasks: - Developing a strong understanding of business and driving key cross-functional projects and initiatives - Preparing notes, reports and presentations for key commercial deliverables & projects - Liaise and communicate effectively with key stakeholders and multiple primary and secondary data sources, Following up critical action items internally to closure with respective teams/individuals - Liaise and communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure smooth conduct of business - Design and implementation of management dashboards - Periodic analysis of market-facing and internal data, to identify and highlight trends, support data-driven decision making and identify areas of improvement in operating performance of various businesses of TIL - Following up on critical action items to closure with respective teams / individuals - Project Manage Strategic Interventions - Work with the MD on special projects and travel with the MD as per business requirements
