Role Summary: Shadowfax Technologies Ltd, is building its last-mile fleet to deliver Large / Volumetric shipments across major metros / Tier-1/2 cities. We are looking for a Supply Head, who will be able to set up a network of LCVs to enable Last-Mile logistics through vendor partners and native supply. Responsibilities: - Build a robust Pan-India network of LCV vendors and supply partners on a per-shipment cost model. - Lead and mentor a team of regional supply managers to drive ground execution. - Design and implement strategies to reduce last-mile cost per shipment. - Collaborate with regional operations teams to ensure delivery of best-in-class Customer Experience (CX) metrics. - Monitor and optimize supply-side SLAs, fleet utilization, and partner engagement.
