I, Tulika Singh, currently working as a Deputy Manager (Business Analyst) in Lava International Limited with over 5.6 years of experience overall and 3+ years of relevant experience in supporting business solution and analyzing business operations.

As part of my current role as a business analyst at Lava, I analyze stakeholders business requirements and processes through documentation (such as BRD, FRD, FRS, SRS) and workflow. Using my knowledge of SQL, I further support our stakeholders by conducting testing including user acceptance, functional, regression, integration and performance. Also, during my tenure with Lava I have gained valuable knowledge of Sales force automation, operations, POSM, MFIs Application for EMI process.
