We recognize that gaps in chronic disease management are exacerbated due to;
1. The current paradigm of episodic care which is unable to provide continuous care and coaching to patients with chronic conditions.
2. Low levels of health literacy which adversely affects patients ability to adopt a healthier lifestyle. As a result, patients find themselves grappling with the increasing cost of care brought about by the high risk of complications and hospitalizations.
3. The high out-of-pocket expenditure on healthcare in India, makes chronic disease management unaffordable for a majority of the population. Similarly, the shortage of trained physicians, poor healthcare infrastructure and geographical constraints make care inaccessible.

We play the role of an on-demand nutritionist, educator, fitness coach and counselor, enabling patients to develop the skills they need to prevent, manage and even reverse their chronic conditions.
