Coming from a decade-long background and experience in hiring talents and shaping teams, we are a team that understands how present-day hiring concerns associate strongly with the skill level and mindset of the candidates.
Having worked with 4-5 startups myself, I had already observed how talent crisis single-handedly hindered the growth of these organizations at different levels. Watching talent-hiring gravitate more towards closing a position than meeting an organization’s progressive needs, some of my peers and I knew that something needs to change. And, Asatkalpa became that change.
