I am presently working in Genpact, Kolkata as Manager Operations, Record to Report. Ability to lead a big team , has a good connect with clients and leadership, conduct client and leadership meetings. Had led a large team for UK transition in Nov 2017 ( London and Bristol). Successfully completed Green Belt training programme. Support IT team for Lean idea implementation and Rapid Process Automation. Support other towers like P2P and O2C as well.
An overall experience of 23 years in Finance and Accounts. Have good experience in MNC's and edible oil industry as well
