You will be working particularly on a day to day operations, the user experience of ensuring we have a happy and growing user base. This means a strong focus on customer experience and staff management mainly on following dynamics:
*Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
*Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
*User Experience: Resolving the queries of day to day user queries and making sure that the user gets a good experience at all spaces.
*User Feedback and Retention: Take constant feedback from our users of their experience and work on improving our services
*Engage with customer experience team, product team and design team to enhance the product experience
*Optimise delivery processes to improve customer experience
*Ability to build and maintain relationships
*Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
Proven experience as Operations Manager or equivalent position.
Outstanding communication skills with knowledge of one/more regional language.
In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. supply chain,customer service etc.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills - English verbal and written.
Excellent organisation skills, able to prioritise.
Ability to multitask in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
