We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead the sales/advisory of Alt's financial product offerings. This is a senior leadership role that will manage a team of investment advisors and investor relations executives and report directly to the Founder and CEO. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and dedicated professional with extensive experience leading accounts preferably with exposure to financial and capital markets products. Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead a team of certified investment advisors in raising capital for the platform through outbound business development by advising existing and new clients of Alt Capital across various alternative assets. - Pitch investment products and services to the platform's Clients and users within strict sales targets and timelines with a view to drive revenue growth for the firm. - Build, maintain, nurture and manage relationships with existing Clients, ensuring transparent and timely communication through the investor relations and customer success teams. - Address investor queries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. - Work with the marketing team in developing and implementing the firm's go-to-market strategy. - Work closely with the Operations team in onboarding new and existing Clients on the platform including Risk Profiling, KYC, PMLA and other regulatory requirements. - Work closely with the Investments team in curating new financial products for the platform. - Work with the Compliance team to ensure strict compliance with SEBI IA, PMS, AIF, OBPP and other pertinent regulations while advising Clients. - Coordinate and lead the firm's in investor-facing events including investor meetings, roadshows, webinars, and events. - Hire, manage, grow and nurture talent. Criteria: - Atleast 8 years of sales experience preferably in financial products. - Demonstrated success in converting hot and cold leads with an ability to work under strict timelines and sales targets while avoiding any form of mis selling. - Strong customer-centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective client engagement and relationship management. - A high level of integrity while working with internal and external stakeholders and Clients. - Proven ability to manage a team of motivated individuals and to work both independently and collaboratively within dynamic team environments. - Existing experience in wealth management, mutual funds, investor relations, equity research, financial analysis is an advantage.. - Strong understanding of capital markets, investor expectations, and financial reporting standards is essential. - Strong academic track record throughout school and college. - Qualification: Post graduate degree from a premier Tier I institution (MBAs preferred).

ALTInvest - Vice President - Sales - Investment Advisory & Investor Relations - IIM (8-12 yrs)

Responsibilities: - Analyze, underwrite, and monitor transactions in listed equity, REITs/Invits and debt. - Analyse investment risks, growth opportunities, asset quality and projected returns. - Prepare investment notes for IC as well as investors and prepare memos as well as research notes. - Build and maintain detailed excel models analysing the opportunity. - Portfolio monitoring on a day-to-day basis. - Study and monitor market trends regularly to find new investment opportunities. - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech and Operations teams for launching and funding a new investment strategy/product. - Stay abreast of regulatory updates and changes in the financial advisory industry, including but not limited to the PMS and IA regulations. Criteria: - At least a bachelor's degree from Tier-1 colleges with top academic credentials; CFA / CA First Attempt / MBA from Tier-1 colleges is a plus. - At least 1- 3 years of equity investment/ research experience. - Strong quantitative and presentation skills including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. - Attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills. - Motivated, proactive, hard worker willing to put in all hours to get the job done. - Comfortable with working in a start-up in a dynamic environment.

ALTInvest - Public Equity Analyst - Investments (1-5 yrs)

Responsibilities: - Source, analyze, underwrite, diligence, close and monitor commercial real estate transactions on both debt and equity basis. - Analyse investment risks, growth opportunities, asset quality and projected returns. - Prepare investment notes for IC as well as investors for both debt and equity. - Create detailed excel models analysing the opportunity. - Conduct thorough due diligence on the investment property including working with lawyers, brokers and accountants. - Manage the asset listing process with SEBI including interaction with merchant bankers, legal counsels etc. - Liaise with brokers, property consultants on a day-to-day basis to find new investment opportunities along with travel to locations where assets are being identified for acquisition. - Study and monitor market trends and prepare memos and research notes. - Work closely with internal stakeholders including Asset Management, Legal/Compliance. - Finance and Operations and team to coordinate listing, funding and asset management Criteria: - At least a bachelor's degree from Tier-1 colleges with top academic credentials or CA (1st or 2nd attempt only). An MBA from Tier-1 colleges is a plus. - 1-3 years of investment experience or experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial due diligence (Big 4 accounting firms). - Strong quantitative skills including MS Excel and strong presentation skills (MS PowerPoint). - Attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills. - Motivated, proactive, hard worker willing to put requisite hours to get the job done. - Comfortable with working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.

We are looking for an AVP, Finance who will work closely with the VP, Finance (reporting directly to CEO) oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the firm's financial strategy and planning.
