About the Role: Plum is redefining employee benefits for SMBs, and we're looking for a Director, SMB Sales to scale and lead our high-growth sales team. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic, hands-on leader to drive revenue, build a high-performing team, and shape the future of SMB sales at Plum.
