Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Analyst to support our business operations by analyzing data, forecasting trends, and optimizing planning processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating business performance, assisting in decision-making, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. Roles and responsibilities- - Develop and maintain inventory planning models to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels. - Monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment parameters to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory. - Identify and address potential inventory shortages or excesses proactively to avoid disruptions in supply chain operations. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components to meet production schedules. - Continuously evaluate and improve inventory management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Generate reports and analysis on inventory performance, including key metrics such as fill rate, stockout rates and days of cover. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to support new product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives. Requirement- - 1-3 years experience in planning in any industry is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong supervisory and leadership skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

As part of our global expansion strategy, we are looking for an experienced Exports Manager to lead our efforts in exporting our products to international markets. Job Overview: - The Exports Manager will be responsible for developing and executing export strategies to expand MyFitness's presence in key international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in exporting processed foods from India, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and evaluate potential markets for MyFitness products, including but not limited to Middle East Asia, Indian Sub-Continent, Europe, Americas & Oceania. 2. Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, retailers, and other channel partners in target markets. 3. Work with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary certifications and approvals. 4. Minimum of 7 years of experience in exports from India, specifically in the processed foods category - Peanut Butter, Cereal 2. Proven track record of successfully exporting food products to international markets. 3. Strong understanding of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics. 4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Other Requirements: - Willingness to travel internationally as required. - Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
