This role is critical in supporting our fast-paced hiring needs while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Roles and Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles, focusing on sales hiring (executive to mid-level positions). - Plan and execute bulk hiring initiatives including walk-ins and mass recruitment drives. - Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and social platforms. - Collaborate and manage relationships with recruitment vendors, colleges, and local hiring partners. - Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for both cultural and functional fit. - Maintain candidate pipelines, dashboards, and recruitment trackers for ongoing mandates. - Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer roll-outs, and ensure seamless onboarding.
