ROLE &amp; SKILL DESCRIPTION Support development of business from existing clients and new prospects by working closely with Sales and Delivery teams to build compelling proposals.&nbsp; Key responsibilities include: Proposal Building - Consult and understand client requirement, objective and goals - Work closely with Sales and Client services teams to interpret client requirements and solution interests so as to define a relevant and tailored pitch - Define the solution to be proposed for the requirements from a wide range of Zyxware digital marketing solution portfolio (Search Optimization, Paid search marketing, display ads, social media marketing, email etc.) - Appreciate and apply cross-channel campaign strategies based on data, key metrics and KPIs - Define the pricing strategy and business model for the opportunity, use competitive analysis, pricing trends and knowledge of business models to suggest best approach and response to the proposal - Structure and produce a compelling proposal, manage and make client presentations to defend the same - Single point of contact for proposal related queries - Interface with project teams to ensure smooth transition of information from Sales to Delivery Bid Management - End-end management and co-ordination of responses for RFI/RFP/RFQs, other proactive proposal requirements - Actively manage deal pipeline with Sales team to prioritize and ensure responses at relevant opportunity stage - Ensure timely and best-in-class delivery of the proposal response by working closely with key team members from Sales and Delivery - Build key processes, best practices and checklist for bid management and ensure proposal quality - Identify bid process improvement areas - Create a proposal content repository for easy future reference QUALIFICATIONS - Experience of 5-6 years - At least 3-4 years of experience in working across entire presales cycle, building and writing effective proposals, managing the bid from initiation to response - MBA (premier institutes preferred) - Experience in digital marketing and related solutions preferred - Demonstrated ability to lead and work with cross-functional stakeholders - Proficient with Word, PowerPoint etc. for client presentations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good influencing and negotiation skills - Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written - Energetic, self-starter, go-getter with positive attitude
