JOB TITLE : Lead Analyst - Data Intelligence LOCATION : Bangalore ROLE & SKILL DESCRIPTION : Deliver actionable business insights and intelligence for programs. This role will contribute both towards building the solution and engaging in services for client programs. - Synthesize data, execute and analyze results, identify trends, report on key findings to stakeholders - Drive better decision making using analytical techniques on large, complex data sets; provide insights on business problems by interpreting data using advanced data analytics and statistical techniques - Expertise in multi-variate techniques and experience working in ML environment - Derive insights from multi-channel campaign executions including data from various sources (web user behavior, campaign performance etc.) - Provide relevant and actionable insights to clients to drive the progress of their digital marketing programs - Maintain an awareness of competitive information and trends, key industry benchmarks and ability to relate the same to insights - Play a pivotal role in building the data intelligence platform and driving digital marketing program execution by helping customer programs achieve the desired objectives - Define and align appropriate measurement strategies aligned to customer goals - Analyzing cross-channel effect using data and suggesting innovative strategies for improvement - Drive web data audits, provide relevant and insightful analysis using cross-channel performance reports, dashboards for an impactful deliverable to clients - Design and implement best practices to be followed for insight generation, metrics and decision making - Ensure on-time quality deliverables on the data and intelligence front - Strong expertise in data mining, analysis, visualization and generating data-driven insights QUALIFICATIONS - Experience 3-4 years - Minimum Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred - Expertise in SPSS - Expertise in R, Python, SQL, Advance MS-EXCEL, other data mining tools - Strong expertise in Data Analysis, Regression and Statistical analysis - Good expertise in working with analytics software like Google Analytics - Digital Marketing experience (preferred, not mandatory) - Proficient with Word, PowerPoint etc. for client presentations - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-starter, go-getter attitude - Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written - Energetic with positive attitude ABOUT ZYXWARE :Zyxware Technologies, founded in 2006, seeks to deliver true value to its clientele in the digital transformation (dx) space.
