Sales Manager (Healthcare/Pharma/Medical) Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Identify relevant doctors for Zyla's remote disease management product. - Schedule appointments with doctors. - Demonstrate Zyla products to doctors and doctors' staff. - Pitch the product to doctors and ensure activation. - Own P&amp;L for the specific region. - Ensure retention of doctors. - Interface with Zyla's product team for the highest NPS from doctors. Skills: - Exceptional verbal and communication skills, with an ability to formulate and present analysis and arguments in a clear, crisp, and concise manner. - Top-notch task management and scheduling skills. - Ability to see through the data and make data-driven decisions, strong problem solving, and analytical skills. - Strong ability to understand consumer needs. - Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment. - Highly proficient in MS Office and email.
