Education : B Tech from a Tier 1/Tier2 college or MBA from a Tier-1/Tier-2 college. Required Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience. Currently in a consulting/ analytics role. Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Work directly with the Founder on new strategic initiatives. - Create go-to-market strategies for new products/ launches after thorough secondary and primary research, take strategic decisions for Zyla. - Lead brainstorming sessions/ workshops that drive business decisions. - Identify the right partners in the ecosystem to execute the go-to-market strategies. - Work closely with technology and medical teams to integrate new strategies in workflows. - You'll be THE go-to person for many key initiatives and new projects e.g. evaluating new businesses, markets and opportunities etc. - Competition: Understand and track the market and competition across all product lines. Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker to make strategic decisions with a competition lens.
