We are looking for a growth hacker, who will spearhead our growth journey and is limitless with respect to growth ideas and execution. You will make Zyla a household name for healthcare in every Indian family and eventually every global family, you will be the voice of the Zyla brand and marketing. Responsibilities: - Leverage technology (e,.g. chatbots) to lead all marketing efforts at Zyla. - Define and deliver on growth road map and strategies. - Measure and report the effectiveness and performance of all marketing and branding efforts. - Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, affiliate, guerrilla marketing). - Independently own all offline and digital marketing efforts (Facebook ads, Google ads, Display ads, YouTube, emerging platforms such as Tik Tok, Sharechat, etc.). - Own and improve Sales funnel via analytics tools (Firebase, Facebook Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.). - Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, social media, BD, etc.) to identify areas for growth. - Co-create marketing creatives with the design team. Requirements: Preferred Qualification: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - 3+ years of growth hacking + digital marketing + analytics experience. Skills: - You are a techie who has forged into growth hacking. - In-depth knowledge of Ad tools (FB Ads, Google Ads), SEO, ASO - Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Firebase, Facebook Analytics, Mixpanel, Branch, Appsflyer) and A/B testing tools. - Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Creative spark - in finding ways to get things done. - Demonstrated strength at building relationships, highly motivated, a strong sense of urgency and ability to motivate others. - Excellent written and oral communication skills with a flair for getting people excited. - Team player, with a proven track record of taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities and deliverables
