Pre-requisite: - Essential Qualification : PG Diploma in Packaging Technology from IIP - Experience : 4-5 years experience in Packaging development preferably on FMGC / Food products - Preferred Age Group : 25-35 - Excellent communication skills Key Responsibilities: - Development of Primary, Secondary & tertiary packaging material for new product as per brief - Development of promotional offer pack / combo pack & timely execution - Line trial, Transit trial & validation of packaging material - Development of PM Spec, BOM - Work closely with inter department like R&D Product development, Marketing, Purchase, Supply Chain, Production & QA Additional responsibilities: - Bring new Idea / New innovation on packaging material & process - Continuous improvement cost effective solution for packaging - Follow-up with packaging material supplier for timely development - Bench-marking of marketed product & analysis for NPD project / Cost saving project Expected knowledge/ hands on experience: - Good hands on experience on rigid & flexible packaging material - Good knowledge on packaging material testing instruments - Experience in SAP - Experience in food and cosmetic packaging development
