Job responsibilities : - Implementation of S & OP process - Service levels - Minimise ZSI scores & FG availability at CFAs basis the forecast - Replenishment planning at SKU/CFA level to support sales - Inventory Managment - Minimise write offs & ensure provisioning - Deployment Planning with Transport team for timely stock connects Partner with GDSO, Sales & Marketing teams in carrying out the following responsibilities : - Bench mark internal service level with industry, hence realigning and adopting best practice - Measure the impact of forecast accuracy and identifying action points to improve the accuracy - Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the statistical sales forecast (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions etc) - Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs. - Work with Sales and/or Marketing, and lead Consensus; resolve demand-related queries - Drive continuous improvement by examining existing S & OP processes and making recommendations for improvement. - Track and improving Stakeholders Service level & Availability - Ensure Finished Goods deployment and availability at the CFA to ensure required customer fill rate is achieved - Inventory Management- Ensuring optimum inventory levels at CFAs & work towards preventing supply chain losses & writte offs SKILLS AND TECHNICAL COMPETANCIES REQUIRED : - Understanding of SAP/HANA - People Management Skills - Good Communication Skills - Analytical Skills - Good Coordination Skills - IT Skills - Negotiation Skills
