Job Purpose: To lead all rituals &amp; routines related to Rewards, Retirals &amp; Systems. Assist on critical projects in the portfolio. Key Stakeholders: Internal - HRBPs, TA, Leadership Team, Finance (AP,Taxation) External - Vendors related to Payroll, HR Systems, etc. Role Requirements: - Qualification: B.Com/M.Com with C&amp;B exposure or MBA with C&amp;B exposure - Preferred Age Group: 25-35 years - Technical Competencies: Working Knowledge of Payroll, Rewards, Accounting, Taxation - Behavioral Competencies: Analytical ability, Conscience Keeper, Orientation to developing &amp; running processes Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll - Responsible for Payroll of Blue Collar and White Collar employees - Systems - Adrenalin, - MIS - Occupancy Tracking, Staff Costs, GL code reconciliation - Bench marking - Tracking budgeting - Filing of tax returns Form 24 duly reconciled with Form 16 - Monthly deposit of PF/EPF/SA/GR/Pension Scheme - Manage and implement annual pay review process accurately and within budget constraints 2. Retirals:&nbsp; - Settlements - PF, EPS, Gratuity, SA, etc. - Dealing with RPFC and 3. Rewards:&nbsp; - Annual merit increase exercise and Bonus payouts - Market benchmarking; peer group selection - Policy Compliance - Responsible for managing people costs within Budget 4. People Management:&nbsp; - Good communication skills - both written and oral - Influencing and interpersonal skills Financial Dimensions:&nbsp; 1. Sound understanding of Accounting Principles (AP,AR, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet &amp; P&amp;L) 2. Good knowledge on Taxation principles specific to Payroll &amp; Rewards
