1. Assist in development and execution of all compensation and benefits programs
2. Connect with HRBP and provide support on ongoing compensation and benefits program and Job Evaluation Intervention.
3. Support in the planning and execution of annual compensation surveys to ensure organization programs are equitable, competitive and aligned to business objectives.
4. Support in execution of Annual Variable Pay Scheme
5. Analyze various data trends of compensation and benefits and share inputs with relevant teams
Requirements:
Qualification: Masters in Field of Human Resources
Years of Experience: 2-5 years
Experience / Exposure in:
- Good knowledge of M S Office specifically in Excel.
- Working knowledge of HR Systems is preferred
