Position Title: Senior Executive/Assistant Manager - Business & Strategy

Key Job Description - 

- To maintain current knowledge of developments, present & emerging trends, and competitive environment of the Biopharmaceutical Industry

- Research and develop strategic insights to support the new product selection strategy especially for biologics

- Benchmarking and Overlap analysis of our biosimilars portfolio against key competitors in the market

- To design, develop and partner in strategic plans for business development & operations, focusing on various geographies including India and emerging markets

- To work with cross functional teams on strategic initiatives related to biologics development, profitability or productivity initiatives of biologics business

- To actively engage in market and competitor research, pipeline forecasting and product life cycle management programs

- To create business plans/go-to-market strategies for development and commercialization of biologics or biosimilars taking into consideration the overall market dynamics

- To aid in in/out - licensing deals and Merger and acquisition opportunities for various geographies

Requirements - 

- Qualification : B.Pharm/M.Pharm or M.Sc (Biotech) + MBA

Experience/Exposure :

- 3-5 years in Pharmaceutical Industry preferable to have prior business development experience in Biologics

- Exposure in Statistical/Analytics tools preferably R/Minitab/SAS/etc.

- Candidate must have prior knowledge of NPV Analysis, DCF modeling, payback analysis, etc.
