Job Summary :

- Prepare Monthly MIS for ROW business by coordinating with Country Heads and Functional Heads .

Job Description :

- Prepare and share performance dashboard of respective B2B countries and facilitate performance management business reviews.

- Drive Process Improvement projects alongwith B2B Business Head

- Help map current process / state of business and suggest and govern improvement projects

- Prepare SOPs and standardization of AS-IS and TO-BE processes

Requirement :

- B Pharma + MBA from reputed institute

- 3 to 10 years experience working as Executive Assistant for CXO of multinational organization and driving Business Analysis for multiple international markets

- Ready to work at Ahmedabad
