Designation : Assistant/Deputy/Associate/Manager


Reporting to : Lead Strategy

Function : Corporate Strategy Group

Job Profile :

- Partner in Performance Management and work on dash boards and project 


- Manage Key initiative and facilitate seamless cross function initiatives.


- Partnering with Operations (Mfg., GDSO, QA) in terms of understanding requirements, Key initiatives, Productivity projects, Process enhancement projects etc. and make proactive approaches to achieving those needs

- Mapping of My next initiative with respect to Plan/Actuals and ideate for filling any emerging gaps through new initiatives.

- Attending MPRM, NPD meetings, Process improvement projects (Quest, PRISM, PACE, Ariba) and partner in cross function initiatives. Partnering in Problem-solving meetings, Risk Mitigation, Make / Buy initiatives (FG, API)

- Partner in periodic reviews for tracking Performance against plan milestones for Key productive enhancement LT projects.

- Maintain database Key Projects, Key initiatives, Best practices from other industry, Productive indicators specific industry intelligence

- Partner in Launch readiness projects, Long range planning projects, Supply continuity /Risk mitigation initiatives in FG /API(Outside vendor)
