Zycus is looking for a Strategy Consultant Sales Operations. The incumbent will be responsible for building pricing models and support Sales teams to acquire customers and win deals for our Product and Services.

Job Description :

- Will provide Value Engineering Support at Sales Stages

- Proposal Management by providing a Holistic thought process (Value Driven, Competitive Benchmarking, ROI Driven etc )

- Create SAAS Renewal Pricing Strategy based on Value derived

- Pricing and positioning Strategy for our New Product/AI BOTs

- Build and maintain optimal Pricing configurators for both SAAS and Services

- Create Reporting systems (Salesforce CRM) to monitor value derived, references based on various factors i.e region wise, product wise, Industry wise, ERP's etc

- Sales Productivity Tracking and reporting for eg - Analytics on Sales Stages, Deal Cycles Analytics, Pipeline Progression, Sales Forecasting,

- Create Report cards- RSM wise, region wise etc

- Maximizing revenue and margin through pricing policies. Define and implement pricing initiatives that increase profitability

- Assist the Sales Team in deal structuring, discounting and contracts.

- Collaborate with various teams including product management, product marketing, sales, finance functions to set prices, test pricing strategies, and determine go-to-market pricing strategy for Zycus products

Requirements :

- Should have experience in Global Pricing, Value Based Pricing, SaaS / Subscription / Licensing

- Require 5-10 years experience in pricing strategy and deal support
