The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for building pricing models and support Sales teams to acquire customers and win deals for our Product and Services. Job Description : - Spearhead Global pricing for our products and services and build value based SAAS pricing strategy - Build optimal Prices with Customer Market Research and Insights - Maximizing revenue and margin through pricing policies. Define and implement pricing initiatives that increase profitability - Increase Customer Acquisition by providing support to the Sales and Marketing team in the deal process. - Assist the Sales Team in deal structuring, discounting and contracts. - Coordinate with sales teams to package pricing, content and contracts to sell value resulting in higher profit margins - Collaborate with various teams including product management, product marketing, sales, finance functions to set prices, test pricing strategies, and determine go-to-market pricing for Zycus products Requirements : - Should have experience in Global Pricing, Value Based Pricing, SaaS / Subscription / Licensing - Require 5-10 years experience in pricing strategy and deal support - Should have a degree in MBA or Engineering from Tier 1 Institutes (Premium Institutes - Top 50 NIRF Ranked Colleges) Benefits : Zycus believes in an open culture learning environment, where everyone gets a chance to share their ideas and deliver par excellence.
