The position reports into the HOD - L&D The roles & responsibilities include : - Developing and delivering Soft skill training and Behavioral training programs in line with our organization goals. - Design Behavioral & professional development training programs for employees. - Keeping track of training activities and analyzing their effectiveness by coordinating with different teams and stakeholders - Working closely with individuals at all levels within the organization to identify areas of improvement and training - Conducting Training Need Analysis and Training Plan - Obtaining, organizing and making available quality training manuals and guides to the employees - Design Training Content: Design Documents, Slide Decks, Facilitator Guides, Participant Workbooks, e-learning content - Design training programs across all levels to address identified issues - Conduct post-training assessments and submitted evaluative reports to business clients - Designing training sessions and training course modules Draft and Conceptualize induction and orientation sessions in close co-ordination with HR function - Researching continuously to keep abreast of the new technologies/changes in the Information Technology field and incorporating them into the training programs REQUIREMENTS - - Excellent Oratory & Presentation skills - 5+ years experience of designing, creating & executing various soft skills training modules, developing and leading employee development programs - Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.) - Strong writing & record keeping ability for reports and training manuals - Critical thinking and decision making - Must be Proficient in MS OFFICE BENEFITS - - We are a growing software product company.
