This position owns the responsibility of designing the framework for efficient implementation of Zycus SAAS Solutions for Customers - This position will manage multiple stakeholders and accounts under implementation and operations - The Program Manager - Delivery will create an efficient and effective delivery architecture which will drive results on operational efficiency through Business process automation, customer satisfaction, faster TAT. - The Program Manager - Delivery manages the Pilot projects team and enables Pre-Sales for tech-wins - This position will build ITIL processes for a value based Technical Support and service to customers and lead the Zycus University Initiative (Customer trainings and certifications). - This position commands the ability to influence all product lines by creating a Voice of Customer program and help in defining Product roadmap through aggressive Market and customer listening. - Collaborate and drive customer initiatives with Zycus- internal stakeholders like Product Management, Engineering, - - Customer Success managers, Finance & Legal, etc. - This position commands the seat at the strategy table and will be an important member of Zycus Growth Strategy.
