Zycus is looking for a Product Owner with 1-4 yrs relevant experience & minimum of 1-2 years post full time MBA.

- As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in owning the entire product Life Cycle, right from planning to execution.

- The selected candidate is responsible for creating a world class product, improving customer adoption and satisfaction and has the complete ownership of the product road map and development plans.

The Role & Responsibilities of the position would include :

- Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.

- Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

- Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.

- Collaborate with global commercial services partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.

- Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.

- Work with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers

- Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

- Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products

- Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology

Requirements :

Experience : 1-4 yrs with relevant experience : 1-2 yrs (relevant Product Management Experience) post full time MBA.

- Visualize and conceptualize new ideas and solutions

- UI designing & prototyping (use of wire framing tools)

- Research and analysis (both primary and secondary research)

- Ability to manage teams and build close relationships with different team members.

Desired Experience :

- Background in Product Management / Product Design.

- Visualize and Conceptualize ideas / features.

- Ability to present new ideas in any format of choice (PPT / Wireframe / etc.)

- Ability to adopt process approach to solve a problem

- Strong appreciation of technology.

- Excellent communication and high on aptitude.
