We are proud to have as our clients, some of the best-of- breed companies across verticals like Manufacturing, Automotives, Banking and Finance, Oil and Gas, Food Processing, Electronics, Telecommunications, Chemicals, Health and Pharma, Education and more.  With a team of 850+employees, we are present in India with 3 development centers at Bengaluru, Mumbai & Pune and offices in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Dubai, and Singapore.  Know more about the LEADER of Gartner's 2013, 2015 & 2017 Magic Quadrant for Strategic Sourcing Application Suites and The Forrester Wave- : e-procurement, Q2 2017  About the role:  The incumbent will be responsible for traffic and user acquisitions for Procurewise & display advertising initiatives and help in scaling up the mobile app  Key Responsibilities :  - Lead, establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of app advertising initiatives to drive awareness and adoption for Procurewise  - Drive the implementation of new scalable, cost-efficient campaigns and maximize ROI  - Leverage Zycus internal marketing channels as well as external marketing channels such as partners to drive app downloads and overall app user acquisition  - Establish and optimize a variety of app advertising partnerships to drive greater adoption  - Champion fundamental user experience elements of the app to ensure that the right voice and high-quality content are maintained  - Demonstrate ability to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing advertising campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems)  - Collaborate closely with app technical and business teams within Zycus as well as external vendors to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects  - Proactively share and learn best practices from successful user apps existing today  - Manage internal, agency and other external relationships to run campaigns across a wide array of networks and mediums, reaching maximum current and potential app users  - Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in app advertising; evangelize them throughout Zycus  - Communicate regularly with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and traffic team colleagues to understand objectives and opportunities  REQUIREMENTS :  - Proven track record in B2C traffic generation, managing mobile advertising. 5+ years of direct traffic marketing work experience.  - Experience of the display advertising eco-system including hands-on experience with mobile ad networks, media buying agencies, GDN, programmatic buying, social media, retargeting, etc.  - Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and/or partnerships that generate results.  - Must be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of performance optimization strategies. Must be very commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale.  - Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence, and marketing savvy to build efficient and scalable user acquisition programs.  - Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done and thinking big at the same time  - Superior verbal and written communications skills with extreme attention-to-detail.  - Tenacity and sense of urgency; the ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.  - Relentless user focus and obsession  - Master's degree in marketing or business.
