This extends to producing engaging content and distributing it across a number of online channels to attract new candidates and increase the visibility of Zycus as an organization and employer of choice. Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team are essential.  Key Responsibilities :   - To work with the Employer Branding Manager, Clients and other internal stakeholders to develop recruitment advertising campaigns to support a variety of recruitment projects  - Work with colleagues across Zycus to develop and build awareness of the business key messages and to optimize the consistency in and quality of communications to internal and external stakeholders  - To design literature to support Zycus- s attendance at careers fairs and industry events  - To use social media as a candidate attraction tool and develop content to be posted online  - To work with Clients and produce job specifications and adverts where required  - To liaise with Recruitment Managers on candidate pool and applications and produce targeted campaigns where required  - Identify industry, market and competitor trends and share these insights with colleagues across the business  Other recruitment tasks in line with business needs  - We are looking for exceptional individuals who can hit the ground running and have the drive to be successful in a fast paced environment.
