Check us out on www.zycus.com.  About the role:  The Employer Branding Specialist will be hands-on in supporting the Recruitment team with Recruitment marketing activities. This extends to producing engaging content and distributing it across a number of online channels to attract new candidates and increase the visibility of Zycus as an organization and employer of choice. Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team are essential.  Key Responsibilities  To work with the Employer Branding Manager, Clients and other internal stakeholders to develop recruitment advertising campaigns to support a variety of recruitment projects  Work with colleagues across Zycus to develop and build awareness of the business- key messages and to optimize the consistency in and quality of communications to internal and external stakeholders  To design literature to support Zycuss attendance at careers fairs and industry events  To use social media as a candidate attraction tool and develop content to be posted online  To work with Clients and produce job specifications and adverts where required  To liaise with Recruitment Managers on candidate pool and applications and produce targeted campaigns where required  Identify industry, market and competitor trends and share these insights with colleagues across the business  Other recruitment tasks in line with business needs  We are looking for exceptional individuals who can hit the ground running and have the drive to be successful in a fast paced environment.
