Zwende - Founder's Staff - IIT/IIM/ISB/BITS/NIFT

About the Position/Roles and Responsibilities:

This role is like living the life of a founder: lead, follow, strategize, improvise, execute, decide, keep moving ahead for the win. You will work on multiple strategic, cross functional projects and drive execution to meet overall company objectives.

- Working closely with Founders to help define strategic direction and to drive execution of critical initiatives and deliver targets

- Owning and leading cross functional and strategic programs until they are large enough to stand on their own

- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams on a daily basis to run the select projects/initiatives

- Identify new growth opportunities by staying current on key internal and market trends and their implications on business.

- Work with founders to prioritise on these and drive execution

- Conducting objective research on current market trends, the competitors, product demands as needed for a project or initiative

- Analyzing, structuring, and solving select business, marketing, and technology problems within the various teams

- Acting as a key thought partner, brainstorming & identifying solutions to challenges

Requirements:

- Resourceful and strategic thinker with extremely high analytical skills and data-driven, first principles led strong problem-solving capability

- Meticulous operational rigor, attention to detail and strong project management capabilities to drive OKR execution

- Entrepreneurial drive, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity

Must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community-oriented

- Hands on approach is a must - the ideal candidate should be motivated and passionate enough to collaborate and drive various initiatives. And above all, a desire to produce outstanding output at all times.

- Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal; an ability to influence people across levels, both internal and external

- Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions

- Strong team player - able to rally people around and work well in teams

Experience:

- Between 1 to 3 yrs of experience with excellent pedigree IIT / IIM / ISB / BITs / NIFT - Top Global under-grad / B-schools / Design schools

- Candidates from consulting, general management, cross functional roles, design or sales and marketing preferred

- Bonus: Prior experience in consumer, e-commerce, marketplaces, ed-tech or design

- Bonus: Prior entrepreneurial experience
