About the Position/Roles and Responsibilities: - This role is responsible for owning the short to mid-term strategy for Zwende's YouTube channel and driving day-to-day operations for this end-to-end. This includes content strategy, scheduling and delivery execution, community building, engagement, and collaborations to implement the agreed strategy to grow the YouTube channel of Zwende and use it to support the wider business objectives of Zwende - growing subscribers, views and engagement in order to meet the agreed audience KPI's including driving traffic and growing revenue. - Develop Channel Strategy for Youtube covering type of content, promotion, distribution and collaboration aligned with overall business objectives with a focus on growing subscriber base, video views and traffic/revenue on website - Drive day to day operations for scheduling, delivering and distributing content on Youtube - Work with Graphic Design team to develop video content aligned with overall strategy - across 4 main categories Fashion, Home Decor, Gifting and Travel - Community Management on Youtube channel - interact with engaged audience and build a community - Manage Partnerships and Collaborations with influencers, designer partners or other 3rd party - Research on what content (On Zwende and in the industry) is performing well on YouTube as well as other sites, in order to advise on channels- content needs, and generate ideas. Function as a resident expert on video content - both on and off YouTube - Take responsibility for the overall look and design of all channels and make sure they obey all relevant branding guidelines Requirements: Experience: 2-3 Years Strong Grasp on English Language (Spoken/Written) - Direct and extensive experience with running YouTube channels or other, similar community-driven online video portals. Must be able to demonstrate having successfully grown an online community (channel or channels) in terms of both subscriber numbers and video views / engagement. - Should be comfortable in dealing with moderate ambiguity. Should be comfortable multitasking. - Should be a hustler who can manage and get things done when needed. Should be willing to roll up their sleeves and get the work done themselves on an ongoing basis - Understands and is able to learn basic web applications and tools - Attention to detail and ability to work with cross functional teams - Should be an excellent Team player, and should get along well with colleagues - E-commerce experience is a major plus Additional Information: Flexible Working Hours. Indicative timing: 9AM to 7PM.
