Role - Senior Product New Game Operations Lead The role is responsible for overseeing and managing all development, launch and scaling readiness projects across new game initiatives, ensuring that they are on time, on budget, and within scope across the key stakeholders. This role plays a key role in contributing to the success of the Innovation team and the overall organization through initiating, organizing, and directing workflow through the project life cycle. Role: Senior Manager/Associate Director/Director basis relevant experience and fit Reports To: VP - Innovation Reporting: Team of 2-4 PMs/APMs Core Responsibilities - Guide product definition and delivery for new games being built in the pipeline. - Collaborate across key stakeholders (tech, design, content, product, customer experience) to build lasting relationships and ensure successful delivery of the business priorities. - Nurture a team culture that fosters an inclusive environment growth mindset and user focus. - Communicate status and identify any obstacles and paths for resolution to key stakeholders (including those in leadership roles) in a transparent, regular, professional, and timely manner - Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors - Provide GTM performance feedback to enable efficient cross-functional operations and iterate on the launch effectively and rapidly What are we looking for? - You have a strong product operations management background and have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects in the consumer tech industry. - A demonstrated track record of people management and retaining high performers. - A proven history of garnering support from other teams and owners to gain consensus/resources. - A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to transform ideas to life and the conviction to drive them to completion. - Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, communicate coherently, organize effectively and prioritize for yourself and your team. Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred - 8+ years of relevant work experience in Program/Project Management with a proven history of owning projects within consumer tech - Demonstrated ability to directly manage a team of PMs to achieve results, create a high-performing healthy team, and grow careers - Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) - Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional teams - Sound business judgment, strong analytical thinking and technical skills, and the ability to influence others driving clear results - Ability to analyze and propose data-driven solutions
