Initial job requirements:

- Built various types of Internet businesses involving IP, technology and data privacy related legal assessments at a global level.

- Build and implement data privacy related compliance and response programs.

- Advise marketing team on various advertisement and promotions related legal issues.

- Draft and negotiate techno-commercial contracts required to build various Internet products.

- Working level understanding of various RBI and related fintech regulations on consumer payments.

- People management and working across various cross functional teams.

- Qualifications:

- LL.B. from a reputable law college. Additional qualifications in technology law is preferred.

Experience:

PQE: 12 to 15 years

- Organizations worked with: A mix of law-firm and in-house experience (preferably from a fast growing Internet startup)
