Initial job requirements:
- Regulatory, civil and criminal litigations before all the forums like lower courts, high courts, supreme court, consumer courts in the Internet, media or telecom industry.
- Good network with outside counsels and independent litigators on a Pan India basis.
- Ability to independently create and handle briefings with external counsels including senior counsels. Familiarity with litigation and IP management tools.
- Handle regulatory and law enforcement queries and actions.
- Filing, protecting and prosecuting various intellectual property rights.
- People management and working across various cross functional teams
Qualifications:
- Member of ICSI & LL.B. from a reputable law college.
Experience:
- PQE: 12 to 15 years
- Organizations worked with: A mix of law-firm and in-house experience
