Job Description : Actioner : Responsible for acquiring MSME's by building and executing a clear & concise sales roadmap with the marketing, finance and product team. Owner : Owns the P&L by hiring & managing team members to drive acquisition and retention of users. Builder : Manage and motivate the team charged with carrying out the organization's mission. Thinker : Try to bring in process and product solutions by acting as a liaison between the user and the organization. Leader: Be a leader who works on knowledge and acknowledgement principles for your team by conducting regular 1:1s and connects Data Obsessive: Be obsessed with data by sharp eye on attention to details. Enabler : Enable the SAAS in multiple channels of acquisition with only restricting to traditional ways. Responsibilities : - Manage a team of business development managers - Identifying the right supply strategy and execution for the target with a team, pan India. - Ensuring success of onboarded partners, viz. (revenue, engagement and onboarding and retention on the platform) working with cross functional teams. - He/she will have strong business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills.
