Finance is responsible for all ZS financial matters, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, accounts receivable, general ledger and tax. Job Description : We are currently seeking applicants for Finance SAP FICO Specialist to join our Pune office. The individual will be responsible for the functional and technical SAP support for ZS. This involves working with and achieving desired results from our external support vendor, effectively responding to and satisfactorily resolving issues raised by users, coordinating and reviewing all aspects of our SAP system processes, including ensuring master and transactional data accuracy and the timely completion of key programs aiding and all other ZS stakeholders across the world. Responsibilities : - Should be able to drive projects and execute SAP related engagements viz. requirements gathering, pre & post implementation review, BBP design and review, impact analysis, configuration review, program management engagements, project risk engagements, data migration engagements, segregation of duties design or review engagement, accounting methodology adoption engagements - Should have good knowledge of FI, CO. Knowledge on other SAP modules such as PS, MM, SD and Travel and Expense management module is a plus. - Would be responsible for ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects and help the team in resolving complex accounting issues. - Should demonstrate strong business understanding and suggest SAP solutions and related process improvement for various business scenarios. - Should be able to drive projects end to end with effective communication through project life cycle. - Should be able to collaborate and effectively, motivate self and others - Should be able to obtain effective results from support provided by external vendor - Should be able to proactively identify and resolve issues. - Must have problem solving skills, a strong drive and resilience and excellent documentation / report writing skills. - Must be a quick learner, adapt to new client situations quickly and work under a competitive environment. - Should have excellent commercial skills in the professional service space. Qualifications : - Engineering/CA or Finance MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed college with a total experience ranging between 7 to 10 years. - End to end SAP implementation or support experience in Finance (GL, AR, AP, Banking and Treasury) modules. - Deep technical skills with experience in SAP ECC versions and Hana are desired. - Must have good business process knowledge and excellent communication skills - SAP certification would be a plus point. - Experience in finance core function would be a plus point.
