As Procurement Coordinator, you will : 1. Supervise transactional sourcing (source to pay: enquiry till supplier payment), coordination with internal stakeholders, supplier evaluation, pricing negotiations for transactional low value purchases, PO Process, vendor payment process, etc. 2. Be responsible to negotiate annual contracts, manage vendor performance, local office stakeholder engagement 3. The primary responsibility of this role would be in following area: a. Facility services, operations: Source and manage long term contracts for various services, supplies required for facility. Supervise, guide team and be accountable to process of creating purchase order as per defined process and approvals, communicate PO to the supplier, obtain, verify and submit supplier invoices. Maintain tracker for all purchase / invoice transaction. b. Source office space, office fit out projects; experience in sourcing merchandise at Pune and pan India locations c. Build relationships with large scale players in facility management, security services, transportation area. Utilize insights of local markets like metro and min metro cities in India 4. Provide seamless support to Office / facilities for their respective requirements; address supplier payment issues, performance issues, etc. 5. Draw synergies in purchase at all India office locations of ZS (Pune, New Delhi and Bangalore) to recommend cost effective and right solution for supply or services 6. Supervise, guide team members at Pune office location Qualifications 7 to 10 years of relevant experience 1. Graduation (commerce, science, engineering) with strong record of academic achievement required, advanced degree like MBA in supply chain or operations preferred 2. Ability to communicate fluently and establish relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers 3. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment 4. Ability to analyze data, problems / objectives (fluency in MS excel) 5. Experienced in procurement - from transactional purchases to contract sourcing; having pan India local market insights and relationships with large scale suppliers / service providers 6. Strong communication and negotiation skills 7. Strong sense and preference for quality 8. Sense of urgency, punctuality and ownership 9. Strong attention to detail 10. Sense of humor appreciated
