- ZS India Capability and Expertise Centers house more than 60% of ZS people across two locations based in Pune and Gurgaon. Our teams work in conjunction with onshore colleagues to deliver our sales and marketing projects to our clients. The Centers primarily support client projects based in North America, Europe and East Asia in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Operations and Business Technology.

- We are looking for Manager- Systematic Reviews to work with us at our Gurgaon offices.

Responsibilities :

- Hands on delivery responsibility and guide research teams in data collection, analysis and preparation of systematic reviews, quality analyses and report preparation and delivery.

- Provide direction and best practices for creating project materials including search methodology, inclusion and exclusion criteria, data gathering and abstraction tables preparation, results synthesis, quality analysis and other deliverables

- Coach the cross-functional project team on the business perspective and strategic imperatives to inform key project decisions

- Liaise with clients and onshore client teams

- Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge

- Ability to travel to US and Europe an average of once a quarter

Qualifications :

- At least 8 years combined work experience in management consulting in a management consultancy or HEOR, Med Affairs, R&D, Evidence Generation or Epidemiology in a pharmaceutical organization. Would consider experience in an academic setting if focus was on life-sciences with emphasis on health economics, population health or a related field

- At least 3 years direct experience in preparation of systematic reviews, in managerial or leadership role and will have experience in methodology, searches, analytics and final report preparation

- Work experience in healthcare environment; education in health or life science related field strongly preferred

- Experience directly interfacing with pharmaceutical clients preferred

- PhD or Masters (M Sc., M Pharma, MD, MPH, etc.) in a related field required
