ZS- India Capability and Expertise Centers house more than 60% of ZS people across two locations based in Pune and Gurgaon. The Centers primarily support client projects based in North America, Europe and East Asia in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Operations and Business Technology.

ZS Associates- Knowledge Management group offers a broad spectrum of Business Research, Social listening, Pre-Sales and other knowledge based services to clients and internal stakeholders. KM has emerged as one of ZS's distinctive competitive advantages, and a key enabler for our consultants to have lasting impact while addressing their clients' sales & marketing issues. Our services are based on deep research and we bring together a unique combination of Knowledge Management, Business Research, Life-Sciences and Clinical experiences.

We are seeking Knowledge Management Consultants- to join our New Delhi, India office in our Headquarters group. The person in this role will be a part of our Knowledge Management team, providing Social Media Insights as an extension of the firm's research and market research capacities. This role is part of a larger team but requires a motivated self-starter - experienced in Social Listening and Social Media Analytics. This role is ideal for individual who has a strong passion for Social Media and the people it impacts. The Social Media Intelligence Analyst provides continuous social media data and analytics support for individual client projects by measuring and reporting social listening insights. This is a position for someone with strong Social Media Analytics experience and primarily focused on Social Listening/Media Analytics, but could include research outside of that.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provides campaign analysis using social listening, social platform measurement, and other social media measures

- Provide data and analytic support throughout the project phases

- Integrate social metrics and analysis into larger cross media metrics analysis

- Provide ad hoc reports when requested

- Keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments

- Primarily focused on Social Listening/Media Analytics, but could include research outside of that

QUALIFICATIONS:

We seek an energetic and dynamic individual with a demonstrated track record in social media data and analytics. The Social Media Intelligence Analyst will help the Knowledge Management team support multiple ZS practice areas and client teams, and will need to be comfortable with a fairly expansive breadth of information.

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant, post MBA work experience

- Minimum 6 years of work experience in social media analytics

- Passion for social media

- Familiar with online languages, including abbreviation and acronym sets

- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems

- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

- Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills

- Fluency in English required, additional languages a plus

- Service orientation and customer empathy

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a team atmosphere

RECOMMENDED SKILLS:

- Experience using social listening platforms

- Graduation in any domain

- Strong record of academic achievement

- Experience with social software (wikis, blogs, discussion forums, etc.)

- Experience with digital media (podcasts, online video, etc.)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often unstructured environment

- Professional services experience/exposure a plus; multi-national experience a plus
