ZS- India Capability and Expertise Centers house more than 60% of ZS people across two locations based in Pune and Gurgaon. Our teams work in conjunction with onshore colleagues to deliver our sales and marketing projects to our clients. The Centers primarily support client projects based in North America, Europe and East Asia in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Operations and Business Technology.

We seek Knowledge Management Consultant to join our New Delhi, India office in our Headquarters group. The person in this role will develop and maintain knowledge for the firm, and will have an opportunity to partner and collaborate with thought leaders, project teams and practice areas across ZS. This role is designed for individuals who can act as a change agent by participating in the development and implementation of organization-wide knowledge management strategy and coordinating and communicating implementation of this strategy. They have responsibility for supporting thought leaders, project teams and practice areas by collating, organizing, and disseminating external and collective knowledge of the firm to help our project teams and client service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to understand project requirements and assist building suitable solutions, through in depth understanding of Oncology.

Thorough understanding of Oncology in order to interpret, summarise and draw inferences from published clinical and research data and provide direction to project teams

Assess firm knowledge needs and requirements (short-term or long-term)

Deliver targeted insights using internal knowledge and external sources

Help firm prepare materials for Summits and Conferences

Support the creation and update of knowledge assets including: client updates, competitive intelligence, industry research etc.

Maintain, manage and develop the firm's knowledge infrastructure

Share best practices and tactical knowledge across offices, practice areas and teams

Mentor, coach and guide knowledge management team members

Engage and build relationships with firm members and leaders

Innovate and conceptualize new services that the KM group could provide

Coordinate with IT / Software Development / Data source vendors

Track progress and measure value of KM Team (quantitative/qualitative)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years of relevant research oriented experience.

Must have in depth understanding & experience in Oncology.

Demonstrated people and organizational leadership skills

Strong computer and MS Office skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and often unstructured environment

Professional services/multi-national experience/exposure to pharmaceutical sector a plus
