Human Resources Manager - Information Systems

- ZS's India Capability & Expertise Centers house more than 60% of ZS people across two locations in Gurgaon and Pune. Our teams work with colleagues across North America, Europe and East Asia to deliver sales and marketing projects to our end client, who drives our business. The Centers primarily support projects in the areas of Business Analysis, Business Operations and Business Technology.

- We seek an experienced, professional Human Resources Manager in our Pune, India HR group. This role will maintain and upgrade ZS HR technology solutions suite (HRIS), ensuring they support our business, core HR processes and drive effectiveness and efficiency in our HR operations and analytics. This position reports to a senior HR leader

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the HR and IT Leadership Team and other internal stakeholders to develop technology resources that support the company's overall strategic direction and are consistent with systems and employment legislation

- Lead HR organization to optimize, streamline and administer HR systems and technologies, including ongoing enhancements and upgrades.

- Lead the design and delivery of HR technology solutions that provide a high value for HR practitioners and other key stakeholders

- Identify issues, challenges, or problems; research and implement process or technology improvements

- Lead complex, global HR systems projects to drive ease of use, scalability, and value for HR.

- Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners (IT, business partners, HR functions, vendors, etc)

- Manage vendor relationships and monitor deliverables, timelines and expectations and budget

- Manage and prioritize day-to-day requests

- Be a thought leader in the area of HR processes and technical solutions

- Be a role model for best practices in collaboration, delivering high value results, and engagement

- Build and support global collaboration for delivering results

- Function as internal consultant to stakeholders to deliver process improvement, tools, tips, etc

- Education: Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Human Resources or a related technical field; Masters degree strongly preferred

Required Skills:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS/technology administration and/or product management, including two years of project management experience.

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Expert knowledge of HR industry and technology trends and ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to HR and HR systems

- Experience providing technology solutions to global HR organizations; specific experience in implementing and utilizing SAP and in optimizing core HR tools

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in work force planning, recruiting, scheduling, training and development, performance management, succession planning, compensation management, payroll and benefits, employee self service, business analytics and reporting and HR measurement

- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

- Pragmatic and hands-on approach as well providing guidance and advice at all levels

- Demonstrated leadership in successfully delivering on global projects

- Demonstrated drive for results

- Active listening skills

- Ability to communicate technical info and ideas in non technical terms so others will understand

- Ability to make appropriate decisions considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions

- Executive-level presence and communication (oral and written)

- SAP HR Certified and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) highly desirable
