Business Operations Group Overview: ZS Associates- Business Operations helps improve clients- marketing and sales functions and reduce costs. We also offer outsourcing solutions that operate activities more effectively and at lower cost. BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER - R&D: Managers leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client relationships immediately. Managers enter ZS either as generalists across practice areas or industries, or as specialists within one area. As a BOM, you will: - Provide thought leadership and innovation by sharing the experiences from clinical trials - Lead the team of analysts to deliver data management, reporting and analysis of data connected to clinical trials and registries - Interact with teams in US and EU and also engage the clients to deliver value from projects - Partner with onshore teams to develop new business with existing and new clients - Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members - Besides this, as part of the office management team you will also be expected to play an active role in office initiatives (e.g. recruiting, training, etc.) Qualifications: - 10 - 14 years of work experience of doing data management or analysis in the domain of clinical trials, clinical site management, patient registries or pharmaceutical research data management - Candidates with consulting/ advisory roles within leading companies may also apply - Top tier MBA or equivalent advanced degree - Some team management and project delivery experience - Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills and collaboration focus In addition, we seek individuals with the following: - Detail Orientation - Self-motivation - Organization & planning skills - Communication skills - Strong work ethic - Leadership experience - Personal initiative ZS is a global consulting firm; fluency in English is required, additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is highly desired.
