ZS Associates - Business Operations Manager (8-10 yrs)
We are currently seeking applicants for our Manager position to join our Pune office. Qualified candidates will possess the skills detailed below and relevant work experience.
Managers leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client relationships immediately. Managers enter ZS either as generalists across practice areas or industries, or as specialists within one area.
As a Manager, you will:
- Deliver high quality results on business operations projects. For e.g., you could be leading a team that manages compensation programs for large sales teams. This will involve managing client relationships at one end and delivery teams at the other
- Partner with onshore teams to develop new business with existing and new clients
- Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members
Besides this, you will:
- Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and across practice areas
- Play an active role in office initiatives (e.g. recruiting, training, etc.)
- Managers have 8 - 10 years work experience in consulting with an MBA from a top university. Candidates with consulting/ advisory roles within leading companies may also apply.
BE/ BTech Degree from a premier institute.
- Experience in Sales & Marketing operations would be highly preferred.
- Experience in Pharma/ Healthcare/ Life sciences domain would be ideal.
- Top tier MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Minimum of 8 years of professional services experience
- Extensive team management and project delivery experience
- Project work experience focused on the sales and/or marketing functions is preferred. Equivalent expertise in areas like supply chain management may be considered
- Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills
