Our unique approach leverages our extensive expertise in sales force promotion optimization, marketing analytics and optimization, and marketing campaign planning to deliver a fully integrated customer centric promotion plan that integrates sales and marketing.

Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated experienced professional for our Campaign Management team to join our Pune, India office. The position will serve as a campaign management lead in Pune in helping us build and grow our CCM practice. The role of Business Operations Consultant (Campaign Management) is to work closely with the Project teams to set up, configure and execute tactical promotional plan in the Campaign Management tool with focus on managing data list, segmentation, creative assets, testing, executing and monitoring of process to completion. This person will be involved in designing complex campaigns and campaigns across brands.

Responsibilities

- Work internally with the project teams to develop and execute campaigns on behalf of ZS clients using campaign management tools

- Work with business teams to translate requirements into functional campaigns and set demand generation strategy

- Provide input, support development and evangelize the vision and roadmap for campaign management services (technology, platforms, guidelines)

- Maintain oversight of campaign management platform to ensure high quality and timely delivery of services

- Develop and maintain best practices, standards and guidelines that will provide an optimal customer experience and simplify, streamline and speed delivery of services.

- Partner effectively with internal stakeholders across Business Operations to enhance the value of these services

- Develop robust campaign documentation for internal team members as well as client specific work instruction documents

- Help clients develop their Marketing Operations function

- Help clients build HCP customer engagement journeys and develop the tactical plans

- Schedule kick-off calls with client/s and keeps track of expectations, deliverables, and timelines

- Engage directly with clients and manage relationship

- Partner with IT to ensure that:

The campaign tool is fully functional

Suppressions are in place and updated accordingly

Data quality checks are coded and ready

- Manage and mentor junior team members

- Manage special assignments as needed

- Provide customer/prospect segmentation and profile information

- Create, coordinate and maintain overall campaign calendar

- Lead the creation and management of standard metrics, dashboards, and closed loop reporting to track campaign activity, effectiveness, and profitability that inform recommendations for future campaigns

- Create and maintain lead qualification, lead scoring and lead tracking processes and systems

Qualifications

- BTech/ BE from Tier-1 Engineering college

- Minimum of 6 years- relevant experience

- Demonstrated experience with cloud based campaign management tools viz. Exact Target (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and Adobe

- Advanced knowledge of best practices and processes in B2B campaign management, marketing automation, demand generation, and rules-based nurturing

- Proven track-record of executing demand generation programs in a B2B organization; experience with executing lead scoring and nurturing programs

- Demonstrated proficiency with multi-channel demand generation campaigns

- Independently lead task forces or project teams to problem solve and drive results

- Exceptional English marketing writing skills

- Experience working with cross functional teams and high-level marketing and sales executives

- Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point

- Good understanding of web marketing and web technology (HTML)
