ZS India is the Capability and Expertise center of ZS Inc and has offices in Pune and Gurgaon. With over 1,300+ employees, ZS India has witnessed fast growth over the last few years and continues to grow. The India Capability and Expertise centers primarily support projects that are delivered for US and Europe clients, in the areas of Business Analytics, Business Operation and Business Technology and all within the domain of sales and marketing.

We are currently seeking applicants for our Manager position to join our Pune, New Delhi office. Qualified candidates will possess the skills detailed below and relevant work experience. Managers leverage their experience to take responsibility for projects and lead client relationships immediately. Managers enter ZS either as generalists across practice areas or industries, or as specialists within one area.

As a Manager, you will:

- Manage projects and assist in managing client relationships

- Direct multiple projects simultaneously, honing analytic and project management skills

- Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members

- Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and across practice areas

- Partner with onshore team to develop new business with existing and new clients

- Develop and implement specific frameworks for strategy and programs

- Contribute to ZS's capability building and knowledge creation

- Coach, mentor, and conduct training programs

- Play an active role in India office growth related initiatives (e.g. recruiting, training, etc.).

Managers have 8 - 10 years- work experience in industry.

- Top tier MBA or equivalent advanced degree

- Minimum of 8 years of professional services experience.

- Must have experience in Managing Analytics Projects.

- Exp in Pharma/ Healthcare/ Life sciences domain would be extremely ideal.

- Extensive team management and project delivery experience

- Project work experience focused on the sales and/or marketing functions

- Highly analytical with strong quantitative skills
